How To Link or Embed Onto Your Website

Great job on setting up your estimator!

Now, let’s get it in front of your potential clients.

Whether you’re a tech newbie or a savvy webmaster, adding your estimator to your website is a breeze.

The first thing is to find the “Share” button which is on your Admin Dashboard as seen below:

You then have two options to add to your site…

Option 1: Link It Up

Adding a direct link to your estimator is as easy as pie. Here’s how you can sprinkle these links throughout your website:

1. Find Your Estimator’s Unique URL
We’ve generated a special link just for your estimator. You can find this in your dashboard.

2. Decide Where to Place It
Your homepage? A dedicated services page? In blog posts? The sky’s the limit. Think about where your clients hang out the most on your site.

3. Add the Link
Create a button or a hyperlinked text that says something catchy like “Get Your Free Estimate!” Then, link it to your estimator’s URL. Voilà!

Option 2: Embed Like a Pro

Want to seamlessly integrate your estimator into your site? Use the embed code to make it a natural part of your webpage.

When you click Share in your dashboard, you’ll now see two embed code options:

Standard Embed (iframe)

Best for most websites (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, etc.):

1. Copy the code under Standard Embed (iframe).

2. Go to your website builder and open the page where you want your estimator to appear.

3. Paste the code into an HTML or Code Block.

4. Save and publish.

Alternative Embed (for HubSpot, Wix, etc.)

Some website builders don’t support iframes very well (the most common are HubSpot and Wix). If you’re using one of these, use the Alternative Embed instead:

1. Copy the code under Alternative Embed (for HubSpot, Wix, etc.).

2. Paste this code into your website builder’s Rich Text HTML box (not a standard iframe/code block).

3. Save and publish.

Making Your Embedded Estimator Shine

Whichever embed option you use, here are a few quick tips:

• Width and Height: Adjust the size if needed so it fits neatly on your page.

• Test on Different Devices: Check it on phone, tablet, and desktop to make sure it looks great everywhere.
