Integrating Priceguide with Jobber via Zapier

Connecting Priceguide to Jobber lets every estimate submission automatically create or update a client in Jobber.
No copying. No pasting. No missed leads.

Before you start (1-minute checklist)

Make sure you have:

• A Priceguide account with at least one live estimator

• A Jobber account

• A Zapier account (free works to start)

Once that’s done, you’re ready.

1. Connect your Estimator to Zapier

• Access the Priceguide Zapier app via this link:

Step 2: Customize Field Mapping

• After setting up the trigger, select + to add a new Action step.

• Choose Formatter by Zapier.

• Select the POST action.

• In the Action Event, choose Text then click Continue.

• In the Transform, select Split Text.

• Input: Name

• Separator: [space]

• Segment Index: All as separate fields

• Click Continue then test step.

Step 3: Send Data to Jobber

• Add another Action step by clicking the +.

• Search for and select Jobber.

• Choose the action event you want, such as:

• Create Customer

• Create Job

• Add Contact

• Update Project

• Connect your Jobber account to Zapier.

• Map the fields from Priceguide (e.g., customer name, estimate details) to the corresponding fields in Jobber.

• Test the action to ensure the data flows correctly.

• Check your Jobber — if the data arrived, you’re good!

• Click Publish Zap to make it live.

Every estimate submission from your selected Priceguide estimator will now be sent directly to Jobber through Zapier.
