CRM isn’t on Zapier? Here is How to Connect PriceGuide to a CRM Using Zapier + Webhooks

Want to send your PriceGuide leads into a CRM that isn’t listed on Zapier? As long as your CRM supports webhooks, you can set this up in minutes — no developer or API key needed.

In this short tutorial, we’ll walk you through how to:

• Trigger a Zap from a submitted estimate

• Send the lead data to any CRM that accepts a webhook

Let’s dive in.

Before You Start

Here’s what you need:

• A published estimator in your PriceGuide account

• A Zapier account (free is fine)

• A Webhook URL from your CRM (your CRM’s support docs will usually provide this)

No API keys. No code.

    Step 1: Start Your Zap in Zapier

    • Go to Zapier and click “Create Zap.”

    For your Trigger, search for PriceGuide (Beta).

    • Choose the event: “New Estimate Submitted.”

    • Connect your PriceGuide account by logging in — Zapier will guide you through it.

    • Select the estimator you want to connect.

    • Zapier will load a recent test submission so you can use real data in the next steps.

    Step 2: Add a Webhook to Send Data to Your CRM

    • After the trigger, click the “+” to add a new Action step.

    • Choose Webhooks by Zapier.

    • Select the POST action.

    • In the Webhook URL, paste the link from your CRM (ask your CRM provider if you’re unsure where to find this).

    • Set Payload Type to JSON.

    • In the Data section, map your fields from PriceGuide:

    Example format:

    full_name: {{Full Name}}
    email: {{Email}}
    service: {{Service Selected}}
    estimate: {{Price Estimate}}

    (Optional) If your CRM needs headers (e.g. for authorization), add them in the Headers section.

    Step 3: Test and Publish

    • Click “Test Action” to send the sample lead data to your CRM.

    • Check your CRM — if the data arrived, you’re good!

    • Click “Publish Zap” to make it live.

    Now every estimate submission from your selected priceguide estimator will be sent directly to your CRM via webhook.

     Pro Tips

    • You can format or clean up fields using Zapier’s Formatter tool between steps.

    • Use filters if you want to route only certain types of leads to this CRM.

    • You can create different Zaps for different estimators or workflows.

    You’re Done!

    No more manual lead entry. No more chasing data. Just a clean, instant connection from your estimator to your CRM — even if it’s not listed on Zapier.

    This is how automation should feel.
