Simple guides to embed estimators seamlessly on any client website.

How to Embed a priceguide Estimator on Your Client’s Website

If you want your client’s estimator to actually generate leads (and not just collect dust in their dashboard), it needs to live right where their buyers are already looking — on the website.

The good news? Embedding a priceguide estimator is dead simple. No coding degree required. Just a quick copy-paste and you’re off to the races.

Here’s exactly how you do it on the most common platforms your clients are using:

The Basic Steps (Works Everywhere)

  1. Inside your client’s priceguide account, find the estimator you want to embed.
  2. Click Share.

3. You’ll see two embed code options:

a. Standard Embed (iframe) – works on most websites (WordPress, Webflow, Squarespace, etc.).

b. Alternative Embed (for HubSpot, Wix, etc.) – use this when the standard iframe doesn’t display properly.

4. Create a New Page (or Pick an Existing One): Decide where you want the estimator to live. A brand-new “Get My Price” page works beautifully, or you can slot it right onto an existing service page.

5. Paste the Embed Code: In the HTML section of your page editor, paste the code exactly where you want the estimator to appear.

That’s it. Seriously. Four steps and you’re done.

WordPress (Divi, Elementor, Gutenberg…)

    1. Log into your client’s WordPress dashboard.
    2. Go to the page where you want the estimator to appear.
    3. Add a Code/HTML block (Divi = Code Module, Elementor = HTML Widget).
    4. In your priceguide dashboard, click Share. You’ll see two embed codes:
      • Standard Embed (iframe) – best for WordPress (use this one).

      • Alternative Embed (for HubSpot, Wix, etc.) – only needed if iframe code doesn’t display properly.

    5. Copy the Standard Embed (iframe) and paste it into your block.
    6. Publish your page.

Pro Tip: For the best results, put the estimator above the fold or give it its own “Get My Price” page.

    Wix

      1. Open your client’s Wix editor.
      2. Click Add (+)Embed CodeEmbed HTML iframe.
      3. Paste in the embed code.
      4. Resize so it fits the design.
      5. Publish.

        HubSpot

        1. Edit your client’s HubSpot landing page.
        2. Add a Rich Text module (or edit an existing one).
        3. In your priceguide dashboard, click Share and copy the Alternative Embed (for HubSpot, Wix, etc.) code.
        4. Inside the Rich Text editor, click the HTML (</>) option.
        5. Paste the Alternative Embed code.
        6. Save and publish.

Important: The Standard iframe embed usually won’t display correctly in HubSpot. Always use the Alternative Embed code inside a Rich Text HTML editor.

        GoDaddy & Other Builders

Almost every builder has some version of a “Custom HTML” or “Embed” block. That’s where your code goes. Same exact process: paste it in, check mobile, hit publish.

        A Few Agency Pro Tips

Placement wins conversions → Don’t bury the estimator. Put it where the eyeballs are.

Mobile is king → Always test on a phone. If it doesn’t fit, adjust the height.

Call it out → Pair it with a big button or headline: “Find Out Your Price Instantly.”

Show your client → Send them a quick Loom video once it’s live. Clients love seeing things in action.

At the end of the day, embedding the estimator is the easy part. The real value is what it does for your client: it gives prospects the pricing info they want right now, without playing phone tag. That’s how you build trust, and that’s how you help your clients win more business.
