How to Connect priceguide to GoHighLevel

Step 1: Get Your Webhook URL from Zapier

✅ Log in to Zapier and click Create Zap

✅ For the Trigger, search for Webhooks by Zapier

✅ Choose the Catch Hook option and click Continue

✅ Copy the Custom Webhook URL Zapier gives you – you’ll paste this into PriceGuide in the next step.

Step 2: Add the Webhook to Your Estimator in priceguide

✅ Go to your estimator in your priceguide dashboard

✅ Click the “Leads” tab (top menu)

✅ Click “Add Integration” > “Zapier Webhook”

✅ Paste the Webhook URL from Zapier

✅ Save changes

Now, submit a test entry through your estimator so Zapier can detect sample data.

Step 3: Connect to GoHighLevel via LeadConnector

✅ Back in Zapier, once your test submission is detected, click Continue

✅ For the Action, search for LeadConnector (this is the GoHighLevel Zapier app)

✅ Choose the Action Event:

•        Most commonly: Create/Update Contact

✅ Connect your GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) account by logging in when prompted

✅ Match the fields from your PriceGuide submission to your GoHighLevel contact fields (name, email, phone, etc.)

✅ Click Continue and Test the Action

Step 4: Turn On Your Zap

Once the test is successful, Turn on your Zap — and you’re done!

Now, every time someone uses your estimator, the lead details will instantly flow into your GoHighLevel CRM.

Pro Tips

If you’re managing multiple subaccounts in GoHighLevel, double-check that your Zap is connected to the correct one via the Location ID in LeadConnector.
