Adding Clients

Easily add and manage new clients in your dashboard to start building estimators fast.

How to Add a New Client

Step 1: Log Into Your Agency Dashboard

Use your agency login to see all existing clients.

Step 2: Click “Add Client”

  • Enter their email, name, phone number, and company name.

  • Add their contact form URL, privacy policy, and set their currency.

Step 3: Select a Template

  • Choose a pre-built estimator template from your folder to clone for this client.

  • Click Create Client.

Step 4: Adjust Client Settings

  • Edit branding colors, add their logo, and set tracking (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.).

  • Optional: Set up white-label options like custom subdomain and email.

Step 5: Edit the Estimator

  • Swap in client-specific images.

  • Tweak price ranges to fit their services.

  • Add/delete questions or services as needed.

Step 6: Get It Live

  • Copy the embed code or share the direct link.

  • Add it to a new page on their website, link it in their menu, homepage, and contact page.
